Why Are My customized tokens not Showing After A Reset Card / Account Removal / App Re-installation / Recover

To ensure code efficiency, we will only conduct a data retrieval for the system default cryptocurrencies after a Reset Card / Account Removal / App Re-installation / Recovery.

Any unofficially supported ERC20 tokens will not be present after a wallet recovery. But, you can simply enable or add your tokens again to retrieve your token data. If you have previously sent the tokens to multiple token addresses, you will need to go to the Receive page of the App and manually add the addresses again to see all of the customized token assets.
