Why Are My ERC20 Tokens Not Showing After A Reset Card / Account Removal / App Re-installation / Recovery

Due to the number of ERC20 tokens available on the market and to ensure code efficiency, we will only conduct a data retrieval for the system default cryptocurrencies after a Reset Card / Account Removal / App Re-installation / Recovery.

Any unofficially supported ERC20 tokens will not be present after a wallet recovery. But, you can simply enable or add your tokens again to retrieve your token data. If you have previously sent the tokens to multiple token addresses, you will need to go to the receive page of the App and manually add the addresses again in order to see all of the ERC20 token assets.
