Why are my transactions failing after performing a wallet recovery?
Having an unstable network connection while performing a wallet recovery may result in incomplete wallet data which leads to a transaction failure.
To resolve this issue, please prepare your recovery seeds and follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Settings page"
- Tap "Reset Card"
- Reconnect your card and your wallet data should update in a few minutes
- After wallet data has been retrieved, transactions should return to normal
