Why Are My Transactions Failing After Performing A Wallet Recovery?
Having an unstable network connection while performing a wallet recovery may result in incomplete wallet data which leads to a transaction failure. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- Go into the Settings tab
- Tap Remove Account, under the Account section. Please note that this will not delete any data on your card
- Reconnect your card and your wallet data should update in a few minutes
- After wallet data has been retrieved, transactions should return to normal
