Why Are My Transactions Failing After Performing A Wallet Recovery?

Having an unstable network connection while performing a wallet recovery may result in incomplete wallet data which leads to a transaction failure. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go into the Settings tab
  2. Tap Remove Account, under the Account section. Please note that this will not delete any data on your card
  3. Reconnect your card and your wallet data should update in a few minutes
  4. After wallet data has been retrieved, transactions should return to normal
