I reinstalled the App and it is asking for a pairing password
If you removed the App without resetting the card (wallet), you will be prompted to enter a pairing password when you open the newly installed App. This is mainly because the data still exist in your wallet, and it will recognize the newly installed App as a brand new device.
To correctly remove the App on your phone, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Settings page" of the App
- Click "Reset Card"
- Once finished, remove the CoolBitX APP

If you have not backed up your pairing password and you have removed the App before resetting your card, you will need to click Reset from the Bluetooth radar page of the App to wipe out the wallet data from the card when you open the newly installed App. Then, you can select Connect from the Bluetooth radar page of the App to create a new wallet or to recover your old wallet using your backed-up seed.
