Do You Provide A Warranty For CoolWallet? What Can I Do If It Stops Working?

Yes, your CoolWallet comes with a 1-Year warranty. If your CoolWallet stops working within 12 months of normal use, please contact our support team ( to conduct an initial diagnosis. If the issue can not be resolved through the troubleshooting methods, our customer support team will advise you to send your CoolWallet back to our head office. We will inspect your device and send you a new CoolWallet within 2 weeks (subject to stock availability) from receiving your CoolWallet.

Please do not send your CoolWallet back to our office without contacting customer support first.
