Wallet Pairing Always Fail, What Should I Do?
Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
1. If the wallet is showing as connected to your phone and the numbers showing on the wallet are blinking consistently or you are unable to turn off the wallet. Please go to the Bluetooth setup page on your phone and forget the connecting device, then try to connect the wallet with our App again.
2. If the wallet is not initiating when required. Please go to the settings page of our app and click Show pairing password, then click "Turn on your card" to see if the connection is restored.
3. If the problem persists. Please use the Remove Account feature from the settings page of our App and re-connect the card to your phone.
