I Entered An Incorrect Pairing Password And Now It's Locked

Please use the original paired phone and start the CoolWallet S App, Go to Settings -> Enable Allow new pairing. Once that is completed, you can pair the wallet to another mobile device again.

If you are unable to access your original mobile device. Please follow the steps below to reset your hardware:

1. Start your CoolWallet S App and turn on your CoolWallet S. 

2. Once the serial number of your CoolWallet S shows on the App screen, please select the specific serial number and click Reset.

3. Press the button on the CoolWallet S when you see the "Reset your card" message.

4. Once the reset is completed, the pairing feature will be unlocked.
