I entered the incorrect pairing password and now it's locked.
Please use the original paired phone and start the CoolWallet S App, Go to Settings -> Enable Allow new pairing. Once that is completed, you can pair the wallet to another mobile device again.
If you are unable to access your original mobile device. Please kindly follow the steps below to do hardware unlock as you are unable to unlock the card within the App of the original paired phone:
1. Start your CoolWallet S App and turn on your CoolWallet S.
2. Once the serial number of your CoolWallet S shows on the App screen, please select the specific serial number and click Reset.
3. Please press the button on the CoolWallet S when you see the "Reset your card" message.
4. Once the reset is completed, you can pairing feature will be unlocked.
