Why are my transactions failing after performing a wallet recovery or changing my mobile device?

Having an unstable network connection while performing a wallet recovery may result in incomplete wallet data which leads to a transaction failure. Kindly note that changing the iOS device could also lead to an incomplete backup. Please follow the guide below to troubleshoot.

To resolve this issue, please prepare your recovery seeds and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the "Settings page"
  2. Tap "Reset Card"
  3. Reconnect your card and your wallet data should update in a few minutes
  4. After wallet data has been retrieved, transactions should return to normal
